This work was created by a team of Portuguese teachers who work at the same cluster of schools and have different functions and responsibilities. Therefore the Development Plan provides a good insight of what shared leadership is and lists a number of applicable activities that may help put it into practice.

The work was carried out by a group of teachers from the same institute in full collaboration and sharing. The participatory draft allowed us to identify the improvement interventions of the school organization.

This material reflects the real situation in my school (wich is not good) on the subject of distributed leadership and I hope to be a source for improvement. Until the begining of year of 2017 my school was a real good example of good practice in distributed leadership but after the replacement of the manager the situation has changed. It is no longer distributed leadership. This is the reason (besides my continuous training needs) that I did this course and now I see more issues to address with the school management.
